Fox television case goes back to U.S. Supreme Court for indecency ban

Two Christian organizations have filed Amicus Briefs with the U.S. Supreme Court regarding the case "FCC vs. Fox Television Stations." The case focuses on offensive language and the current indecency ban in place that prohibits profanity and vulgarity being displayed on media networks during hours that children are viewing television. Multiple networks have stated the ban violates freedom of speech.
